A Letter to My Anxiety
You are a part of me which means I can control everything about you. You are my anxiety and you are not welcomed in my world.
Negative Vibes
I don't like my job? I can change that. I’m not happy with my living location or situation? I can change it. I don't think the relationships surrounding me are healthy? I can change them.
My Bad Habits
It teaches me that I can always be improving on a goal and that if I complete a goal, there is room to keep improving. When climbing up a new and more difficult route, I will fall, then try again.
