Join us for a morning of Ashtanga! This class will move you through a modified form of Ashtanga's Primary Series, which features Sun Salutations, followed by a set of standing and balancing poses. Before we get started in our morning flow we chant the opening mantra. From there we work on the same set of poses each class letting the mind fully release. Once the sequence is memorized it becomes easier to connect the mind and body with the breath.
