Get ready for the weekend by connecting with your mind and body with an energizing morning flow. In this class we start off with some breath work really allowing the mind and body to arrive to your practice. Moving slowly with the breath through vinyasa asanas (physical poses) combined with a Yin practice. You will gently move the body to warm up the connective tissues (fascia) and holding the pose for just a few breaths to really experience the posture. This class is suitable for all levels.
