Join us for Tuesday evening Strengthening Yoga! Attending a yoga class to strengthen your body offers a balanced and holistic approach to building physical strength. Unlike traditional weight training, yoga uses your own body weight to develop muscle endurance and tone, targeting not just major muscle groups but also smaller, stabilizing muscles that are often overlooked. Poses like planks, warriors, and balances build core strength, improve posture, and increase overall stability. Yoga also enhances flexibility, which supports stronger muscles and prevents injuries.
