Join me as I collaborate with Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew for their Pay What You Can (Good Vibes) yoga classes that are designed for all-levels of experience. Feeling out of balance leaves us confused and dizzy. Sunday May 21st we will be focusing on balancing postures and really relaxing into our centers. Do not let this class intimidate you. Balancing can be very beneficial to our physical and mental health. The point of this practice is to find ways we can take our physical movement and convert that movement to mental wellbeing in our everyday life. I look forward to guiding you in this practice! Core Work
This week we will work on strengthening the core. The core is the center of our own individual universes. We need to keep the core strong in order for our bodies to remain stable and healthy. Core work can be difficult especially when we are not used to lighting up this part of our body. It is important to give that area the love and attention it deserves.
