Join us for a modified half primary Ashtanga class! This class is a shortened version of the traditional Ashtanga primary series. We focus on foundational postures and sequences, including sun salutations (Surya Namaskar A & B), standing poses, and some seated postures. Modifications are made to accommodate various levels of flexibility, strength, and experience, making it more accessible while still emphasizing breath control (ujjayi breathing), bandhas (energy locks), and drishti (gaze points). This class allows students to experience the rhythm and flow of Ashtanga without the full series' physical demands. Excited to have you!
