Meredith’s Medicinals

I met Meredith a couple of years ago during one of her yoga classes at the climbing gym. She is an incredible instructor and I am looking forward to having her as the first guest on my newsletter! Welcome to Meredith’s Medicinals.

Meredith’s Medicinals is a local organic small batch herbal company focused on bringing clients closer to optimal health & nature. Meredith’s journey into the plant world started in 2016 when she completed the Medicinal Plant Conservation Program with United Plant Savers. She continued her studies in 2017, completing an Ayurveda Program at Yoga On High. After completing both programs she had 1200 hours of training and her world was forever changed. She then dove deep into curating her own remedies. She continued to expand her daily health around these practices and the skills she obtained. Fast forward to 2020 Meredith released her first line of products. Her offerings include herbal teas, smoke blends, skincare, wellness tinctures, tonics & so much more! Her passion for plant medicine shows through these products and she is excited to continue sharing it with all of you!
