Our Yoga Intensive 4-week programs focus on building community and healing. These programs provide participants with the time and support needed to create lasting habits for wellness. By meeting regularly over the course of a month, individuals are able to develop a consistent practice that not only promotes personal growth but also strengthens the connections between participants allowing a space for better connection and intentional healing. The structure of these programs allow for the integration of healing tools into daily life, helping participants to gradually shift old patterns and replace them with healthier habits. There are programs for domestic violence survivors, people experiencing eating disorders, for substance abuse disorders, grief, anxiety, and depression. Click the button to learn more.

Our yoga class schedule is designed to align with the changing of the seasons, offering a holistic approach to well-being through mindful movement and reflective philosophy. The inclusion of a self-care Sunday philosophy class provides an opportunity to deepen your practice and explore essential concepts for personal growth. Each class is adapted to honor the season’s natural energy, whether it’s the renewal of spring, the heat of summer, the harvest energy of fall, or the stillness of winter. By joining this seasonal yoga schedule, you create space for not only physical well-being but also mental clarity, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. Every session is a chance to deepen your connection to yourself and to nature's cycles.

Historically, yoga was taught one-on-one, customized to meet the unique needs of each student. This personal approach allowed for a deeper connection, greater safety, and more meaningful growth through asanas and/or philosophy. Option for more than just movement, it's a guided path through seven energetic centers that influence everything from our sense of safety and self-worth to your communication and intuition. Private sessions are a sacred space to move at your own rhythm, and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Whether you're seeking growth, healing, or simply time to reconnect, private yoga invites you to show up fully—just as you are.
