“Do Hard Things, Not Hard Drugs”
The rope that was holding me up and keeping me safe is now gone. Knowing that I will be up here for the next 45 minutes to an hour. And for some reason I love every moment of it.

Patience Series - Hiking
Yoga helps bring awareness to those areas. Helps us feel into the parts we have either consciously or subconsciously ignored. The glutes, hips, shoulders, and neck are the main areas where emotions get stored. Diverting our attention from those spaces helps us forget those emotions. So, what happens when we start to bring awareness to those parts again?

Patience Series
There is a stereotype for people that have patience. As if patience equates to laziness. I believe it can be the exact opposite. I think patience can allow someone to work hard while understanding that practice and patience is what will get them to their eventual outcome. Being patient doesn’t have to mean you do nothing besides sit there. Patience does not equate to laziness. Patience is different.
