Join me as I collaborate with Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew for their Pay What You Can (Good Vibes) yoga classes that are designed for all-levels of experience. Feeling out of balance leaves us confused and dizzy. Sunday May 21st we will be focusing on balancing postures and really relaxing into our centers. Do not let this class intimidate you. Balancing can be very beneficial to our physical and mental health. The point of this practice is to find ways we can take our physical movement and convert that movement to mental wellbeing in our everyday life. I look forward to guiding you in this practice!
