Join us for a Monday evening slow flow practice. Slow flows help us bring awareness to the body through mindfulness. In this class we get to move the body slowly through the poses really feeling into the areas of tension and building strength. We start the practice arriving to the mat letting go of the parts of the day that we can. From there we move into a slow paces asana practice with a bit of yin mixed. After our asanas are complete, we move into pranayama breath work before our savasana body scan and final resting pose. Excited to have you!
