This class teaches the principles of alignment, form and focus. You will develop mindfulness and learn yogic breathing. Some of the benefits you will experience over time include stability and a sustainable range of motion in the spine and joints of the body, greater respiratory efficiency and balance in the nervous and endocrine systems. You can always strengthen your foundation and there is a stage for every student in this class!
